By entering the sparkjob Arena ("the Game Platform") you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these rules and regulations. Entry into any challenge constitutes your voluntary participation in high-stakes competition.
This Game Contract takes effect the moment you first enter the sparkjob arena and remains in effect while you continue to participate in challenges. Withdrawal from games may result in permanent elimination from future opportunities.

Player Rights: You have the right to access, correct, or delete your player data. Contact Game Administration to exercise these rights.
Due to the high-stakes nature of our challenges, all entry fees and premium arena access are non-refundable once you enter a game. Elimination results in forfeiture of all prizes and potential winnings.
DANGER WARNING: It is not guaranteed that sparkjob Arena will meet your survival expectations or that game operations will be uninterrupted or error-free.
All express and implied warranties regarding player safety, prize guarantees, or survival outcomes are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. This includes but is not limited to loss of life, loss of limbs, psychological trauma, business interruption, or loss of future earning potential.
We reserve the right to eliminate players who violate arena rules or engage in suspicious activities, with or without notice. Game rules may be updated at any time to maintain arena integrity.
sparkjob Arena provides no warranty, guarantee, or assurance regarding player survival, challenge completion, or prize distribution. The arena shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages including but not limited to elimination, injury, or death.
Maximum Liability: In the unlikely event that sparkjob Arena is deemed liable, our maximum liability is limited to the entry fee actually paid by you, calculated in reliance upon this clause.
The Arena does not guarantee survival or challenge success. We are not liable for elimination, disputes between players and Game Masters, or any consequences of voluntary participation.
sparkjob Arena is not responsible for what players do with user-generated content, survival strategies, or information shared during challenges. All player actions are at their own risk and discretion.
As we continue to expand our features and introduce new challenges, prize pools and entry fees may increase. Current pricing is provided to help players secure participation without being surprised by future cost increases.
This Game Contract is governed by the laws of Singapore and the internal regulations of the sparkjob Arena. You acknowledge that no partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and the Arena. You agree not to represent yourself as an Arena official or Game Master. The Arena will not be liable for any representation, act, or omission by players.
